Kerrymaid Cheddar Cheese Sauce Sampling Campaigns – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This sampling campaign is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older and are in the hospitality industry (e.g., chefs, restaurant managers, caterers). Proof of employment may be required.
Offer: Subject to availability, eligible participants (Hospitality Ireland or H2O Publishing) will receive one (1) sample of Kerrymaid Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
Sample Availability: A total of 200 samples are available for each campaign (Hospitality Ireland and H2O Publishing). Kerrymaid reserves the right to end either campaign early if all samples are claimed.
Registration: To participate (Hospitality Ireland), individuals must complete the registration form accurately and completely, providing their name, business name, job title, email address, and a valid delivery address (Republic of Ireland). Incomplete or inaccurate registrations will be disqualified.
Delivery: Samples will be delivered to the address provided during registration. Kerrymaid is not responsible for samples that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after dispatch. Deliveries will be made by 30.06.2025.
One Sample Per Business: Only one sample will be provided per business address, per campaign. Multiple registrations from the same business address will be disqualified.
Marketing Consent: By participating in either campaign, you agree that Kerrymaid may contact you in the future with marketing communications related to Kerrymaid Cheddar Cheese Sauce, including potential case study opportunities and product updates. You may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.
Data Protection: By participating in either campaign, you consent to Kerrymaid collecting and processing your personal data for the purpose of administering the campaign and delivering the sample. Your data will be processed in accordance with Kerrymaid's privacy policy.
Use of Sample: The sample is provided for professional evaluation purposes only and is not for resale.
Modification/Termination: Kerrymaid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate either campaign at any time without prior notice.
Liability: Kerrymaid shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with either campaign or the use of the sample, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
